Harold M. Duncan Jr., 73, Nov. 17, 2019, Bright, IN. Beloved husband of Carol Murphy Duncan, devoted father of Brenda Sue, Richard Thomas, Harold Menefee III, Keith Allen & the late Scotty Lee Duncan, loving grandfather of Christopher Dean Lakes, Ritchie Lee & Jonathan Daniel Duncan & Eli Mason Baldrick & gr. grandfather of Zoe, Billy Dean & Tillie Sue Lakes, beloved son of the late Betty Lue (nee Getz) & Harold M. Duncan Sr. & dear brother of Mollie Hill, Dina Nunnery, Stella Basham, Dorothy Cook, Sam Duncan, Jack Booth, Tim Wallace & the late Ken LaFollette. Also survived by nieces & nephews. Harold was a lifelong public servant in the Village of Cleves & Miami Township of Hamilton County, He served at various times as Fire Chief, Councilmember, 10 years as Mayor & 23 years as an employee of the township. Visitation Fri., Nov. 22, 11 AM until time of service at 1 PM at the Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami, Cleves.
