Robert J. "Bob" Mitchell, 87, May 11, 2019, Whitewater Township. Beloved husband of Anna L. Mitchell (nee Johnson), devoted father of Scott J. Mitchell (Kelly) & Lisa G. Mitchell (Joe Carey), loving grandfather of Jessica, Corey, Kaitlyn, Steffany, Emily & Joseph & great grandfather of Joy, Elias, Estella & Elianna, beloved son of the late Katherine (nee Jackson) & Millard Mitchell Sr. & dear brother of Carol Bennett, Virginia Caldwell; Donald, Millard Jr. & the late Clarence, LeRoy & Carl Mitchell; Dorothy Pyles & Shirley Beckett. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Bob was a 1951 Taylor High School graduate, a US Marine Corp veteran of the Korean War, had a longtime career in Welding/Master Maintenance at Indiana Michigan Electric Co. & farmed 1200 acres in his spare time. He loved to work! Visitation Wed., May 15, 10 AM until time of service at 12 noon at the Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami, Cleves. Interment following, with military honors, in Elizabethtown Cemetery.
