Adrian Caroll Smith, 76, of Lebanon & formerly of Mason & Villa Hills, died on Feb. 1. at Kindred Nursing & Rehabilitation in Lebanon, OH. He was a Proctor & Gamble retiree, Springmyer Elementary School (Oak Hills School District) teacher & coach, realtor with Century 21 in Northern KY, musician, antique dealer, US Army veteran & former Elder of the Cleves Presbyterian Church. He was the beloved companion of 17 years of Candace C. Lauer Smith, the devoted father of Rebecca C. Black of Raleigh, NC & Joseph K. Smith of Medford, OR, the loving grandfather of Michael & Katie Black, Rachel Smith, Nathan Leopold-Wilson, Ella & William Dreyer, the dear brother of Robin Smith of Acworth, GA & Janet Fineran of Naperville, IL & the beloved son of the late Adrian T. & Elverna F. (nee Wright) Smith. Visitation Mon., Feb. 4, 1 PM until time of service at 2 PM at the Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami, Cleves, OH 45002. Interment in Miamitown Cemetery.
