Alma L. McConnaughey (nee Heilmayer), 79, of Western Hills, died on May 23, 2008 at the Hospice of Cincinnati at Mercy Hospital Western Hills.
She was a retired Secretary from Cincinnati Inc., longtime organist of the former Miamitown United Methodist Church, Taylor High School graduate of 1946, alum of College Conservatory of Music, & member of the Westwood Senior Citizens & Miami Whitewater United Methodist Church.
She is survived by 2 grandsons Phillip & Allan McConnaughey, a great grandson Ian McConnaughey, a sister Lauretta Clopton, nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Elmer McConnaughey, her 2 sons James & Robert McConnaughey, her brother Charles Heilmayer Jr. (Charlotte) & her parents Kathryn (nee Birkenheuer) & Charles W. Heilmayer Sr.
Visitation Thurs., May 29, 10-11 AM, followed by the service at 11 AM at the Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami, Cleves. Interment following in Arlington Memorial Gardens.
Memorials to the Bldg. Fund of the Miami Whitewater Un. Methodist Church, 9700 Dry Fork Rd., Harrison, OH 45030.
