Carolyn Sue Lahner

Carolyn Sue Lahner (nee Davis), age 82, of Cincinnati, Ohio, went home to the Lord on January 17, 2025. She will be deeply missed by her family as she was the beloved wife of Thomas W Lahner, the best mom of Julie A Gillum, Linda S Johnson (Brook), and Krista L Thomas; the loving Grammy of Alexandra E Johnson, Liam C Johnson, William L Thomas & Hannah G Gillum; and Aunt Susie to David T Harris II (Sheri) and Cynthia R Harris. She was preceded in death by her father Gerald Davis; mother Catherine E Linville (Chuck); and her sister, Marilyn Y Harris (David).

Sue was born in Columbus, Ohio; and graduated from West High School. She was incredibly creative and excelled in decorating, remodeling and interior design. Sue had an entrepreneurial spirit and loved sales, especially garage sales! She was a people person, never met a stranger, and loved to hear about their lives. She enjoyed telling stories, traveling, spending time with her family and friends. She was strong in her faith and attended Whitewater Crossing Christian Church. She will be remembered as being kind and compassionate looking out for everyone around her.
