Cecil R. Mutter, 74, Nov. 7, 2021, Miami Township. Beloved husband of the late Sharon L. Lawson Mutter, devoted father of Chris(Bobbie), Julie(Danny), Tonia Mutter & Amy Meyer, beloved son of the late Opal Joyce (nee Johnson) & Cecil R. Mutter Sr., dear brother of Jodi Overpeck, Charles Randell Harris & Pamela Browning and the late Daryll Mutter, Scott Harris. Survived by grandchildren Chelsie Hensley, Taylor Sandman(Matt), Nick Calhoun, Christopher Mutter, Cage, Luke Meyer, Jacob and Daniel Hensley, Memphis Meyer, Jared Gwinner, and Briana Miller. Cecil was a US Navy veteran of the Vietnam Era & had a 43 year career with Milan Express. Military honors will be held Fri.
