Beloved husband & best friend of the late Marjorie Louise "Jorie" (nee Ellis) Windholtz, devoted father of Michael Joseph Windholtz (Agnes Ann), loving grandfather of Patricia Kathleen, Joseph Reed, Nicholas Charles & Elizabeth Ann, beloved son of the late Albert & Hilda (nee Lipps) Windholtz, dear brother of James Windholtz (Joan), Phyllis Gerth (the late Gordon) & the late Flora Grace Jones. Also survived by longtime family friend, Judy Lambert (the late Warren "Buck"), nieces & nephews. Chuck was a member of Local 18 Operating Engineers, was a US Army Vietnam veteran, a member of VFW Post #7570, Harrison, OH & an alum of Elder HS & Univ. of Cincinnati.
