Medecke, David Neal. Devoted son of Shirley A. Smith Pelcher & the late Carl E. Medecke. Dear brother of Ruth Ann, Louise & the late George William Medecke. Also survived by 7 step brothers and sisters. Sept. 2, 2002. Age 46. Visitation Wednesday, 6-8 PM at the Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S.
