Donald R. Welch

Donald R. Welch, 67, of Greendale, IN, & a native of Nashville, TN, died on Sept. 9 at Dearborn County Hospital, Lawrenceburg, IN. He had retired as a Safety Engineer with Duke Energy & was a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers. He was the beloved husband of Nancy A. Welch (nee Neyer), the devoted father of Don Welch Jr., Anne M. Klemann (Gerry) & the late Kevin R. Welch, the loving grandfather of Austin & Alison Klemann, the beloved son of the late Homer & Betty Welch, the dear brother of Jerry Welch (Gail), the loving uncle of Caty Welch & many others, the beloved son-in-law of Hilda & the late Paul Neyer & the dear brother-in-law of Paula & Roger Windholtz, Mary Helen & Jerry Johnson, Dan & Chris Neyer, the late Ken Neyer & Janet Neyer Veneman & the late Janice Neyer. Visitation Sat., Sept. 14, 9 AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM at St. Joseph Church, 25 E. Harrison, North Bend, OH. Interment following in St. Joseph Old Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Am. Heart Assn., the Kidney Foundation or Am. Diabetes Assn., all c/o the Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami, Cleves, OH 45002.
