Cook, devoted mother of Dolly Garrett, Pauline Viel & Andrew Cook (Kristin Johannsen), loving grandmother of Cody Clark, Jasmine & Jozephine Garrett; Kierstin Geyer (Sam), Kendall & Kolton Viel; Kingston & Kennerie Cook & great grandmother of Presley Clark, beloved daughter of the late Betty (nee Getz) & Harold Duncan Sr., dear sister of Dina Nunnery, Stella Basham, Jack Booth, Tim Wallace & the late Mollie Hill, Sam & Harold Duncan Jr. & Ken LaFollette.
