Ethel J. Owens (nee Younger), 93, Feb. 3, 2025, Lawrenceburg. Beloved wife of the late Walter L. “Scamp” Owens, devoted mother of Joyce Ann Gross (Steven), John E. Owens (Shauna), the late Walter “Junie” Owens Jr. (Roxanna) & Donald Stephenson, loving grandmother of 11, loving gr. grandmother of 23, loving gr. gr. grandmother of 1, beloved daughter of the late Sarah (nee Willman) & Donald Charles Younger, dear sister of the late Victor Willis Younger (the late Melba). Ethel was a member of North Bend Church & a Kroger retiree.
