Dingler (Charles) the late Ronald A. Riggs & Gary L. Seal (the late Wilma), loving aunt of Beverly Kirk, loving grandmother, gr. grandmother & gr. gr. grandmother, beloved daughter of the late Edith J. (nee Stroud) & Smillie B. Tibbits, dear sister of the late Margaret F. Hiler, Robert Tibbits, Richard Tibbits, Jenny Tibbits & Smillie B. Tibbits. Evelyn was a park ranger at the De Soto National Memorial.
