Frances L. Schwander

Frances L. Schwander (nee Welte), 81, of Miami Heights, died on Sept. 27, 2013 at Hospice of Cincinnati at Mercy Hospital Western Hills. She was a member of the North Bend Boat Club & the Miami Heights Civic Assn. She was the beloved wife of the late Walter E. Schwander Jr., the devoted mother of Charlene S. Owens (Thomas) & Barbara L. Anderson (Randy), the loving grandmother of Bryan Owens (Melissa), Jennifer King (Michael), Mark Owens & Michael Tulanko (Brittany) & great grandmother of Christian & Mikalah Owens & Merek Tulanko, the dear sister of Mary Katherine Powell; Louis, Thomas & the late James Welte & Theresa Danehe & the beloved daughter of the late Frank & Mary Loretta (Weitlauf) Welte. Visitation Sun., Sept. 29, 6 PM until time of service at 7 PM at the Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami, Cleves. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the charity of the donor's choice.
