Beloved husband of Bette (Seals) Wade and the late Betty (Patterson) Wade, father of Terry Wade (Lisa) and Pat Collins (Al), step-father of Linda Carter (Sam). Frank was also a grandfather, great grandfather, and step grandfather. Son of the late Foster and Addie Wade, Frank was born in Cincinnati, OH and formerly resided in North Bend, OH. Frank spent his career working for Cincinnati Gas and Electric Co. at the Miami Fort Power Station.
