Herman E. Steely

Herman E. Steely, age 90, of Riverside, died on Nov. 18, 2014 at Vitas Hospice at Drake Center. He was a truck driver with Smith Transfer, a US Navy veteran of WWII & a member of the Teamsters. He was the beloved husband of the late Carrie Young Steely, the devoted father of the late Ricky Joe Steely, the loving grandfather of Carrie Lynn Steely-Teschner and gr. grandfather of Rylan Paige Teschner, the dear brother of Alma Napier, Homer and the late Robert O. and J.L. Steely, Imogene Coffey and Thelma Holland. Also survived by nieces and nephews, special friends the Day family and the Luella Burton family with gratitude to Jess Burton and family.
