Howard Benjamin Payne, 79, of North Bend, OH passed away December 3, 2022. Beloved husband of Betty Jo (Meents) Payne, devoted father of Andrew Payne, Christine (Jim) Kirby, Sarah (Pete) Poppleton, loving grandfather of Ellie Payne, James, Kayla, Kendall and Jacob Kirby, Ava, Natalie and Ben Poppleton. Son of the late Ruth and Roy F. Payne. Brother of the late Roy S. Payne. Graduate of the University of Cincinnati. Had a career in the insurance industry. Visitation Fri., Dec. 9, 9:30 am until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM, all at St. Joseph Church, 25 E. Harrison, North Bend, OH 45052.
