Hubert Jake Acey

Hubert Jake Acey, beloved husband of the late Edna Acey (nee Sizemore). A Casey County, KY native, he was born Oct. 29, 1932, and was a resident of Cleves, OH for over 48 yrs. The son of the late Walter & Matilda Acey (nee Wesley) and is survived by his sister Shirley Hodge and his children Michael Acey, David Patrick Acey, Susan Husser, Vicki Reynolds, Jackie Bennett and Jay Acey. Stepfather to Annie Walters, Rosie Lee Jones, the late Bobby Ray & Eddie Carl Gibson. He was loved by his many grandchildren & gr. grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his 5 brothers, Bob, Clifford & Hardin Acey & 2 infant brothers & 4 sisters Viola Locke & Susie Massey & 2 infant sisters. Retiree of Ohio Knife Co. He will truly be missed. Jan. 26, 2009. Age 76. Visitation Thurs., Jan. 29, 7-9 PM at the Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami, Cleves, where the service will be held Fri., Jan. 30 at 11 AM. Interment following in Maple Grove Cemetery.
