James P. Truitt

James P. "Sharkey" Truitt, age 74, of Miami Heights, died on June 13, 2007 at Mercy Hospital, Western Hills. He was retired from Cinti. Bell, was a US Navy veteran of the Korean Conflict and a member of Miller Stockum Post #485-American Legion.

He is survived by his wife Joan M. Dole Truitt, by his children Kim Pruitt (David), Terri York (Barry) & Thomas Truitt (Patty), by his grandchildren Brent, Kara, Maria, Joey, Julianna, Will, Jodi (Mark), Julie & Jason & by his siblings June Ritchie (the late Charles) & Jerry Truitt (Joyce).

He was preceded in death by his parents Floyd & Bessie (Fitzpatrick) Truitt.

Visitation Mon., June 18, 2007, 6-8 PM at the Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami, Cleves, where the service will be held Tues., June 19, 2007 at 10 AM. Interment in Maple Grove Cemetery with military honors.
