Jeffrey A. Welch, 51, died at his Addyston residence on July 6, 2011.
He had worked as an assembler in a sheltered workshop.
He was the beloved son of the late Kyle & Christine (Sowders) Welch & the dear brother of Lisa Billman, Diana Back & Debbie Orosz. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
Funeral services were held at the convenience of the family. Memorials, if so desired, may be directed to the Cincinnati Assn. for the Blind, 2045 Gilbert Ave., Cinti. 45202. Dennis George Funeral Home serving the family.
