John R. Demoss

John R. "Jack" DeMoss, 95, died on Oct. 3 at Western Hills Retirement Village.
He was a retired Control Room Operator from CG&E, a graduate of Dayton, KY High School where he was a member of the Basketball Hall of Fame, a member of the 1st Presbyterian Church of Dayton, KY & the Henry Barnes Lodge #607 of Newport, KY.
He was the beloved husband of the late Kathryn O. McCormack DeMoss, the devoted father of John G. "Griff" DeMoss (Mary Jeanne), North Bend, OH, the loving grandfather of J.P. DeMoss, the son of the late Lyle & Mabel (Barrett) DeMoss, the dear brother of Robert A. DeMoss (Janet), West Lafayette, IN & the gr. grandfather of Starr DeMoss. Also survived by 1 gr. gr. grandson, nieces & nephews.
Visitation Tues., Oct. 6, 10 AM- 12 noon, followed by Masonic services at 12 noon by North Bend Lodge #346 F&AM, all at the Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami, Cleves, OH. Interment following in Alexandria, KY Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Dayton, KY High School Athletic Fund.
