Joseph D. Gosmeyer

Joseph Douglas Gosmeyer, 84, Guilford, IN, formerly of Cleves & Sayler Park, died on April 4, 2011, at Dearborn County Hospital.
He was retired from Protor &Gamble, a veteran of WWII having served in the U.S. Navy, and was a member of the Tanner Valley United Methodist Church, Lawrenceburg.
He is survived by his wife Maria (Lochner) Gosmeyer, by his children Eleanor (Robert) Lamb and Mike (Marie) Gosmeyer, by his grandchildren Margaret "Maggie", Rachel, Edward "Eddie" Lamb; Katie, Matt, Dan, Nick and Jim Gosmeyer and 1 great-granddaughter Libby Cushman, and by his siblings Betty Lou (Ray) Girten, Judy (Joe) Sinnard, Thomas (Sally) Gosmeyer.
He was preceded in death by 1 brother Edward Gosmeyer.
Visitation was held on April 6, 2011 from 5 to 8 PM at the Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami Ave.,Cleves, OH, where the service was on Thurs. April 7, 2011 at 10 AM.
