Joseph K (Jake) Sullivan, 77, August 16, 2021, Union, KY formerly of Cleves, OH. Beloved husband of Carol A. Sullivan (nee Heublein) devoted father to Andy & Peggy Sullivan and Jenifer & Mike Diersing. Loving grandfather “Poppie” to Shannon Sullivan, Katlin Diersing and Alex Sullivan, beloved son of the late Dennis and Margaret (nee Grimes) Sullivan. Dear bother to Sally Jo Davis (Neal), Marianne Goodridge (David), and Timmy Sullivan (Jeannie). Also survived by many nieces and nephews and loving friends.
