Survived by son Doug (Beth) Henderson, by daughter Mindi (Jeff) Dickson, by grandchildren Brad & Courtney Henderson; Braden, Brett, Brooke, Briley & Breanne Dickson, by brothers David (Myrna) & Jack (Dr. Lowanne Jones) Taylor & their families & by her former husband Dr. Thomas Henderson. Preceded in death by parents Maurice & Clara Taylor. Pastor of the North Bend, OH United Methodist Church. Visitation Thurs., Oct. 19, 3-5:30 PM, followed by the funeral service at 6 PM, all at the First Un. Methodist Ch., 120 S. Broad, Middletown, OH. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation (Judy was a breast cancer survivor) or to Vitas Hospice of Dayton, OH, either c/o Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami, Cleves, OH 45002.
