Jule B. Merrilees (nee Gaskins), 85, of North Bend, died at her Ft. Myers, FL residence on Apr. 28, 2009.
She was a retired accounting clerk who had worked at the Monsanto Co. & was a member of the Cleves Presbyterian Church, the Cleves Womans Club & the Job's Daughters.
She was the beloved wife of Charles P. Merrilees, the devoted mother of Judith Schulte (the late Robert), Phyllis Welsh (John) & Charles S. Merrilees (Peggy), the loving grandmother of 9 including the late Kimberley Scott & great grandmother of 18, the dear daughter of the late Herman & Augusta (nee Witte) Gaskins & the dear sister of Janet Dale, Joyce Helms & the late Blair Gaskins.
Visitation Sat., May 2, 12:30-2 PM, followed by the service at 2 PM, all at the Cleves Presbyterian Church, 25 E. State Rd., Cleves, OH 45002. Entombment following in Spring Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Cleves Presbyterian Church or to Hope Hospice, 9470 HealthPark Circle, Ft. Myers, FL 33908. Dennis George Funeral Home serving the family.
