Kathleen Silver (nee Fischer), 66, of Cleves, died on Sept. 12, 2015 at Mercy Health West, Green Township. She had worked for a call center in telemarketing. She was the devoted mother of Joshua D. Silver & the beloved daughter of the late John & Ruby (nee Roberts) Fischer. No visitation or services. Dennis George Funeral Home serving the family.
