He is survived by his siblings Allen Offill, Bernice Laszla, Calvin and Frank Offill.
He was preceded in death by his parents Roscoe and Amy (Parker) Offill, and by 4 siblings Alverda, Melvin, Loren and Bill Ray Offill.
