Laura Rose Getz (nee Walton), 78, of Addyston, died on Sept. 17,2007, at the Western Hills Retirement Village, Delhi Township.
She was a homemaker, a member of the Miami Senior Center, and a member of the Cleves Church of Christ.
She is survived by her children Joseph Harry Getz (Patty), Thomas Wayne Getz (Brenda), Carol Jean Wickman (Jeff), and Joan Sue Taulbee (Allen), by her sister Anna Mae Young, and by her 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, and by a special person in her life Penny Hancock.
She was preceded in death by 1 daughter Judy Ann Getz and 2 siblings Robert and John Walton.
Visitation was Thurs., Sept. 20,2007, 6-9 PM and the funeral service was held on Sept. 21,2007, at 10 AM at the Dennis George Funeral Home, Cleves, with interment following in Maple Grove Cemetery, Cleves.
Memorials to the Cleves Church of Christ.
