Beloved daughter of Kim Smith (nee Meyer) (Kevin) & Terrence Kelly Dugan (Rebecca), loving partner of Nicholas Luken, devoted mother of Kaiden Matthew Dugan & Quincey Kelly Luken, dear sister of Hannah Prather (Jordan), Samantha Woodrum (Jimmy), Jillian Wyder (Samuel), Joshua Smith (Amber Rosen) & Adrian “Remy” Brommer, loving aunt of Joanna, Dawson, Mason, Lainey, Rosalee & Noah, dear granddaughter of the late Mary Jo  (nee Soete) & James Meyer, Jean (nee Hoolihaun) & John Dugan, Karen (nee Hunter) & Russell Smith, also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins & friends.
