He was the beloved husband of the late Ida Mae Wilde Duncan, the devoted father of Donald F. Duncan (Carolyn), the loving grandfather of Stephanie Smallwood (Randall), the gr. grandf. of Randall Jr., Maxwell & Samuel Smallwood & the dear brother of the late Lillian Weimer, Leona Hicks, Lucy Henry, Lena Bagby; Harold, Raymond, Elza, Vernon, Melvin & Lawrence Duncan.
Visitation Mon., Mar. 23, 2009, 1-2:15 PM, followed by the service at 2:15 PM, all at the Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami, Cleves. Interment in Maple Grove Cemetery. Memls. to Hospice of Cinti.
