Mary L. Byrd

Mary L. Byrd (Gillespie), 73, of Harrison, OH, died on Nov. 2, 2012 at Hospice of Cincinnati at Mercy Hospital Western Hills. She had been employed in the day care profession & was a member of Landmark Baptist Temple. She was the beloved wife of Willie A. Byrd, the devoted mother of Eddie Byrd, Jackie Adams, Willie Byrd, Danny Byrd, Brenda Messer, Benny Byrd, Darryl Fields, Robin Patrick & Tony Byrd, the loving daughter of the late Rita (Bickers) & Raymond C. Gillespe Sr. & the dear sister of Albert & Harold Gillespie, Betty Fox, Russell Gillespie, Cindy Keneagy & the late Raymond Gillespie Jr. & Paul Gillespie. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great & great great grandchildren. Visitation Tues., Nov. 6, 9:30 AM until time of service at 10:30 AM at the Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami, Cleves, OH 45002. Memorials may be directed to the St. Jude Childrens' Hospital or Hospice of Cincinnati, either c/o the funeral home.
