Beloved daughter of the late James Luther & Lula Ellen (nee Stapleton) Cook. Dear sister of Christene Hoppes, Mary Jean Schell, Janet Sprague, Joyce Ann Bush; Herschel & the late Rudolph, Raymond & Donald Cook & Catherine Hicks.
