Norma J.Payne (nee Schulz), died at her residence in Miami Heights on Jan. 18, 2007.
She had worked as a manager in retail shoes.
She is survived by her husband Howard "Butch" Payne, by her children Mark Schweinfurth (Karen), David Flanders (Amy) & Darla Flanders-Clark (Keith) & her stepchildren Katie Zuziak (John) & Joey Payne, by her grandchildren Joshua, Marlin, Connor, Kabrella, Samantha, Sarah, Ethan & Audrey & by a brother Walter Schulz.
She was preceded in death by a brother Ronald Schulz (the late Diana). Visitation Sun., Jan. 21, 2-4 PM at the Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami, Cleves. Funeral service Mon., Jan. 22, 11 AM at Zion United Methodist Church, 4980 Zion Rd., Miami Heights. Memorials may be directed to Hospice of Cinti.
