She is survived by her siblings Ella Nora Johnson, Lee Ora Orling, Harold, Darrell & William Robert Forbis, nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Ellora & Blanche (Burnett) Forbis & a sister Ellaine Conners.
Visitation Wed., Apr. 9, 10-11 AM, followed by the service at 11 AM at Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami, Cleves. Interment following in Maple Grove Cemetery, Cleves.
