Patty Jo Lewis (nee Sutton), 55, April 18, 2020, Cleves. Beloved wife of the late Jay W. Lewis Sr., devoted mother of Jay W. Lewis Jr. (Alie), & the late Robert & Ashley Lewis, loving grandmother of Ethan, Logan & Prestyn, beloved daughter of the late Helen (nee Flannery) & James Edward Sutton & dear sister of 11. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Services at the convenience of the family with interment in Maple Grove Cemetery, Cleves.
