Phyllis Ann Adams

Phyllis Ann Adams (nee Carter), 73, died at her Cleves residence on Dec. 20, 2013. She had worked in the long term care profession with the Three Rivers Nursing Home. She was the beloved wife of 58 years of the late Willis D. Adams, the devoted mother of Lisa (Ken) Crawford & Brian (Judy) Adams, the loving grandmother of Kenny Crawford; Corey, Mallorie, Kirk & Kelly Adams, the beloved daughter of the late Pete & Della Carter & the dear sister of Reba & the late Darwin. Best friend of Marge Moreland. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Visitation Thurs., Dec. 26, 10 AM until time of service at 12 noon at the Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami, Cleves, OH 45002. Interment following in Maple Grove Cemetery, Cleves. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Hospice of Cinti., c/o the funeral home.
