Phyllis Jean Hafer

Phyllis Jean Hafer (nee Orr), 97, Jan. 10, 2025, College Hill. Beloved wife of the late Hans Hafer, devoted mother of Keith (the late Debra) & the late Sandy & Craig (Paula) Hafer, beloved daughter of the late Reith (nee McGuirk) & Theodore Orr, dear sister of Ruth Cacacia, Donna Bostock, Theodore & the late Mary Lou Hafer & Barbara Mardis, loving grandmother of 7 & gr. grandmother of 17. Also survived by nieces & nephews. Jean was a public school educator & a longtime member of the Westwood United Methodist Church & Marvin Chapter of the Eastern Star (formerly Westwood Chapter). She was known as being devoted to her family, her church, her profession & her community.
