Beloved husband of Betty Lou Southerland Neeley, devoted father of Timothy (Tetiana), Mark (Celeste) & Andrew (Hyun) Neeley; Sarah (Leroy) Dole & the late Matthew (Dorothy) Neeley, beloved son of the late Sylvester & Etta (Hurley) Neeley & dear brother of Robert Neeley. Also survived by 20 grandchildren & many gr. grandchildren. Visitation Thurs., Aug. 4, 6 PM until time of service at 8 PM at the Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami, Cleves, OH 45002.
