Richard L. Huffer, 44, of Cleves, died suddenly on Nov. 3, 2008 at Mercy Hospital Western Hills Campus.
He was an Air Force veteran, had worked as inventory control supervisor at the SanMar Co. , and was a member of the USBC Bowling League & the Impact Church in Cincinnati.
He was the beloved husband of Colleen B. Boggs Huffer, the devoted father of Elizabeth Marie Huffer-Carrigg (Brad), the dear son of Shirley (nee Francis) & the late Robert Huffer, the loving grandfather of Bryson & Hunter Carrigg & the dear brother of Chip (Renee), Randy (Laura) & Roger (Amy) Huffer. He was also survived by Colleen's parents Forster & Grace Boggs, her sister & brother-in-law Arlene & Howard Redden, 4 nieces, 2 nephews, 1 great nephew & by his SanMar family.
Visitation Fri., Nov. 7, 4-9 PM & Sat., Nov. 8, 9-10 AM at the Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami, Cleves, where the service will be held Sat. at 10 AM. Interment with military honors in Maple Grove Cemetery, Cleves. Reception following services at Impact Church, 6420 Bridgetown Rd., Cincinnati. Memorials may be directed to the Am. Heart Assn.
