Rinda Louise Carter

Rinda Louise Carter (nee Becker), 86, formerly of Green Township, died on Jan. 12, 2014 at her residence in Milford, OH. She had worked as a clerk with the IRS. She was the beloved wife of Charles W. Carter, the devoted mother of Ellen Mae Garrett (Douglas), Jacob W. Carter (Susie) & the late Charles W. Carter Jr. (Rhonda), the dear sister of Velma Becker, Roberta Tepe, & the late William Becker. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren & 9 gr. grandchildren. Visitation Fri., Jan. 24, 11 AM until time of service at 12 noon at the Miami Township Community Center, 3780 Shady Lane at Bridgetown Rd. (Miami Heights). Interment following in Bridgetown Cemetery.
