Robert L. Allen, 77, of Delhi, died on January 27, 2015 at VA Medical Center, Cincinnati. His career was in auditing for a retail drug chain & he was a veteran of the US Army. He was the beloved son of the late Preston & Emma (nee Peters) Allen & the brother of Paul, Ronald & the late Loren & Cletus Allen & Leatrice Britton. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
