Ronald A. Riggs, 71, of Harrison, died on Dec. 9, 2015 at Shawneespring of Harrison. He was a carpenter in commercial construction & a US Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was the father of Tim, Mike & the late Howard Riggs, the beloved son of Evelyn Tibbitts Seal & the late James Riggs & the dear brother of Jerry & Jimmy Riggs, Gary & Howard Seal Jr. & Vickie Dingler.
