Ruby J. Darby (nee Humphrey), was born on June 9,1935, in Sharon Center,OH, to the late William and Ava Wilcox Humphrey, and died on Oct. 22, 2007 at the Hospice of Cincinnati at Mercy Hospital-Western Hills Campus, Cinti.,OH, at the age of 72 years.
She had worked as a teacher in public schools and was a member of the Addyston United Methodist Church and a resident of 10212 Dugan Gap Rd., Miaim Township,OH.
She is survived by her husband Allen F. Darby, by her children Allen W. "Bill" Darby (Cindy), Elizabeth A. "Betty" Rosenzweig (Tim), John J. Darby (Ann Marie) & Susan Denney (Rodney), by her brother Lawrence Humphrey (Clara), by 16 grandchildren & 7 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on Friday, Oct. 26, 2007, at the Dennis George Funeral Home, Cleves, with interment following in Miamitown Cemetery.
