Shirley Marguerite Guiou Mehring, 75, of Jacksonville, NC, died on Oct. 23, 2011 at the Onslow Memorial Hospital, Jacksonville.
She had been a business owner/operator in the medical supply distribution industry.
She was the beloved wife of the late Lee Fred Mehring, the devoted mother of Vickie Benefield (Jacksonville, NC), Van Johnson (Barstow, CA) & Steven Johnson (Jacksonville, FL) & the stepmother of Michael & Pat Mehring (both of Columbus, OH). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren & 21 great grandchildren.
Graveside service Fri., Oct. 28, 2 PM at the Maple Grove Cemetery, Valley Junction Rd., Cleves, OH.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 300 Brynn Marr Rd., Jacksonville, NC 28546.
