Velma R. Hausfeld (nee Bowman), 89, of Sayler Park & a native of Addyston, died on Feb. 8 at Hillebrand Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
She was a Cincinnati Bell retiree & a member of the Eden Chapel United Methodist Church.
She was the beloved wife of the late Clyde M. Hausfeld, the devoted mother of Debbie Kretschmar (Rick), the loving grandmother of Heather Lynn Miller (Laif) & Lindsay Paige Kretschmar & great grandmother of Caden & Rachel Miller, the dear daughter of the late Marion "Happy" & Lola F. (Hafel) Bowman & the dear sister of Carole Kolb (Ray), Chloe Calvert (the late John), LaVerne Hitchens (the late Meredith), Beverly Benter (Joe), Walter Bowman (Toddy) & the late Myla Farmer (the late Eugene) & Earl Bowman. Also survived by many nieces & nephews, gr. nieces & nephews & gr. gr. nieces & nephews.
Visitation Thurs., Feb. 12, 10:30AM-12 noon, followed by the service at 12 noon at the Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami, Cleves. Interment following in Maple Grove Cemetery, Cleves.
Memorials, if so desired, may be directed to the Eden Chapel Un. Methodist Ch. or Addyston Un. Methodist Ch.
