Vera Mae Siegel

Vera Mae "Boots" Siegel (nee Leisring), 90, Apr. 20, 2024, Cleves.
Beloved wife of the late Charles F. "Bud" Siegel, devoted mother of
Brad Siegel (Barbara), Philip Siegel (Karen), Mark Siegel (Vickie),
Marijo Hansmann (Robert), Robin Siegel (Cathy), Lisa Curran (Keith) &
Jennifer Siegel (Charles Black), beloved daughter of the late Sarah
(nee Liggett) & Wilbert Leisring, dear sister of Jack & the late Tony
& Billy Leisring & Marijo Nowlin. Also survived by 17 grandchildren,
26 great grandchildren & nieces & nephews. Vera's life was devoted to
her family & her community. She was a working mother of 7, serving
many years in the cafeterias of Three Rivers Schools. Yet she
found time to serve as PTA President & as the first female Captain
of the Grandview Life Squad & always had dinner on the table at 5:30.
She was a longtime greeter at St. Joseph Church & maintained active
memberships in the Three Rivers Historical Society & the Miami
Center. She was not naive yet her kind heart dictated her actions.
Friends may greet the family Fri., Apr. 26, 10:15 AM until time of
Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM at St. Joseph Church, 25 E.
Harrison Ave., North Bend, OH 45052. In lieu of flowers, memorials
