Victor Charles Johansen Sr., 84, of Mack, died on April 1,2011, at University of Cincinnati Hospital.
He had worked as a supervisor for AT&T; a veteran of WWII, having served in the U.S. Navy; attended the White Oak Christian Church; a member of the VFW Post 10380; DAV; DD729; L.K. Swenson Assn.; U.S.S. Hornet Club; Tin Can Sailors; Tri-State Warbirds Museum; NRA; Cheviot Westwood Kiwanis Club, and a 32nd Degree Mason with the Western Hills/Cheviot Lodge #140F&AM.
He is survived by his wife Carole (Troeger) MacDonald Johansen, by his children Victor C. Johansen Jr. (Lynn) and Geri D'Andrea (Jim), by his step-children Arlene, Darlene, Susan, Merita and Christy, many grandchildren great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his 1st wife Geraldine Johansen.
Visitation was held on April 6,2011, 9-11AM, followed by the service at 11 AM at the White Oak Christian Church.
Memorials may be directed to Shriner's Hospital.
