Vincent L. Herth, 74, of Colerain Township, died on Jan. 2, 2008 at Good Samaritan Hospital, Cincinnati.
He was US Navy veteran of the Korean Conflict, a member of St. Bernard Church of Taylors Creek, the North Bend Lodge #346 F&AM, the Scottish Rite, the Marvin Chapter #376 OES, a KY Colonel, the Firefighters Holy Name Society & the Greater Cincinnati Fire Retirees. He was a retired Fire Apparatus Operator with the Cincinnati Fire Dept.
He is the husband of Mary Ann Lehmkuhl Herth, the father of Duane Herth (Peggy) of Harrison, OH, David Herth (Sandy) of Harrison, OH, Robert Herth (Karen) of St. Leon, IN & Sandy Conn (Steve) of Colerain Township, OH, the grandfather of Brandon, Chris, Kelly, Kyle, Samantha, Jessica, Victoria, Amanda, Sarah, Lucy, Joey, Austin, Stephanie & the late Johnathan & the brother of Robert Herth (Jean), Frances Gerhardt & the late Bernard & Donald Herth.
Friends are invited to join the family for a Memorial Mass, Sun., Jan. 6, 4 PM at St. Bernard Church of Taylors Creek, 7130 Harrison Ave. In addition, on Sun., Jan. 6th, there will be a North Bend Lodge #346 F&AM service & a Scottish Rite Ring Service at 5:30 PM, followed by a reception (celebration of his life) until 8:30 PM at Nathanael Greene Lodge, 6394 Wesselman Rd. Memorials may be directed to the Shriners Hospital for Children or to Hospice of Cinti.
