He was the loving husband of 33 yrs. of Roxanna Craig Owens, the devoted father of Leann Smith (the late Billy), Luella (Brian) & Bobby (Casey) Owens, the loving grandfather of Tyler, Crystal, Shelby, Kaylee & Katlin, the dear son of Ethel & the late Walter Lee Owens Sr, the dear brother of Joyce Gross (Steve), John Owens & the late Donald Stephenson & the lifelong friend of Wayne Carlton.
Visitation Fri., May 28, 6-9 PM at the Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami, Cleves, OH 45002, where the service will be held Sat., May 29 at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Roxanna Owens (for medical expenses) c/o the funeral home.
