William "Bill" Mercer, 83, was pronounced dead July 20,2010, at Mercy Medi Center at Harrison.
He was self employed in trucking, a member of the Legacy Christian Church,Harrison, a veteran of WWII having served in the Army's Air Force, a member of North Bend Lodge#346 F&AM, and Marvin Chapter OES.
He is survived by his wife Audrey J. Jacobs (nee Moree), by his stepson Bob Jacobs (Cheri), by his grandchildren Dave (Thedia) & Michael Jacobs, by his great- grandson Brandon Jacobs, by his siblings Anna Lee Renfrow & Barbara Jean Clift, and by his many nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his stepdaughter Linda Sue Jacobs.
Visitation was Sat., July 24, 9-10 AM, with a North Bend Lodge #346 F&AM service at 10 AM followed immediately by the funeral service at the Dennis George Funeral Home, Cleves. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Legacy Christian Church, 216 N. Sycamore, Harrison, OH 45030.
