Willie A. Byrd

Willie A. Byrd, 74, died at his Harrison, OH residence on Nov. 9, 2013. He was the Golf Course Superintendent of the Miamiview Golf Club. He was the beloved husband of the late Mary L. Gillespie Byrd, the devoted father of Eddie Byrd, Jackie Adams, Willie & Danny Byrd, Brenda Messer, Benny Byrd, Darryl Fields, Robin Patrick & Tony Byrd, the dear brother of John & Benny Byrd, Charlene Collins & Rosetta Lunsford, the beloved son of the late Charles & Eunice Byrd. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren & great great grandchildren. Visitation Tues., Nov. 12, 9:30 AM until time of service at 10:30 AM at the Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami, Cleves, OH 45002. Interment following in Maple Grove Cemetery, Cleves. Memorials to Hospice of Cincinnati, c/o the funeral home.
